How to Use
1. Conduct nozzle inspection before printing every day to check if the nozzle is blocked.
2. The working environment temperature is 15°C-30°C; Working relative humidity is 35% -65%.
3. Conduct nozzle tests before daily shutdown. If there is a broken circuit, clean it and then turn it off.
4. When turning off the phone every day, pay attention to whether the print head and ink station need to be reconnected and matched, and there should be no gap between the print head and ink station.
5.During the printing process, it is necessary to add color strips to prevent the nozzle from being blocked due to prolonged color non inkjet during the printing process.
6. During the printing process, be careful not to scratch the printing film onto the printing head.
7. There is no dust on the grid. Wipe clean with a dust-free cloth and persist for a week or two.
8. Wipe the guide rail with tailor oil for two to three weeks.
9. Regularly wipe the scraper with a dust-free cloth.
10. Clean the ink on the tablet in a timely manner to prevent ink accumulation and scraping onto the nozzle.
11. Regularly clean the accumulated ink on the vehicle floor.
12. Regularly clean the ink deposits next to the ink stack cover to ensure that the ink stack cover is clean.
13. If the printer does not use distilled water or specialized paint ink for cleaning, pour the washing solution onto the ink cover and soak the nozzle. Clamping the ink pipe and the ink pump pipe.
14. When printing film is not in use, wrap it in cling film to prevent moisture.
